At Ware, we create high-end content for local and global brands.
With a passion for creation and detail, we cover it all: from the initial concept to the post-production. We are a studio that masters diverse techniques and combines different types of media such as photography, short videos, GIFs, cinematography, 3D, and motion graphics aesthetically aligned to craft and set design to make powerful and striking images. We have a network of creative and competent professionals that are selected based on their work style for each project.

Eliza War is a director and creative leader, photographer and entrepreneur. Graduated in Fashion Design and Graphic Design with experience in various creative sectors for more than 15 years leading projects for some of the biggests brands in their own segment such as Spotify, Heinz, Absolut, Oreo, Garnier, Nivea, Melissa, Claro, Havaianas, etc. In 2015 launched her first studio as creative director, art director and photographer: Estúdio Bingo. As CEO, she was also ahead of the commercial and creative departments. In 2024, she introduces WARE STUDIO, a creative studio that mixes different types of media beyond photos, GIFs and videos, adding cinemagraphs, moving images, 3D, motion graphics and design aligned with craft and set design to create striking images through audiovisual techniques. Eliza lead creative teams for advertising projects and campaigns and is responsible for the execution of the projects from beginning to end. Her goal is to create emotion driven content with a big visual impact that achieves the clients goals and connects with their audience.

Filmmaker graduated from USJT and art director from the International Cinema Academy, she coordinated the Marketing Department at Paris Filmes, leading the strategic and creative planning of launch campaigns for feature films such as Marighella, De Pernas pro Ar 3, Turma da Mônica – Laços, Os Parts 2, etc. Currently, as an audiovisual Creative Producer for advertising campaigns, contributes to the conceptual and aesthetic creation of content production for brands in different segments. With an eye also focused on trends within social media, she manages the development of projects from conception to end, ensuring that the vision is realized and delivered according to the brief, collaborating with various creative professionals.

Based in São Paulo, Brazil, holds a degree in Advertising from Senac São Paulo and a postgraduate certification in Graphic Design from Miami Ad School. Has a wealth of experience garnered from renowned graphic design firms spanning São Paulo, New York, and Los Angeles, specializing in digital product development, branding, and motion graphics.. As the Creative Partner and Head of Design at Ware, he plays an integral role in leading the design team, helping to shape the content’s identities, and spearheading design initiatives.

Graduated in Law from UFMG and with a degree in Literature from the University of Humboldt, in Germany, she holds the position of Legal Operations Manager at Ware. The role involves managing contracts, billing and legal consultancy for the studio. Seeks to oversee and manage the organization’s legal operations, ensuring their efficiency, compliance and effectiveness. Her professional commitment is to ensure that the company’s interests are realized through strategic partnerships and successful negotiations.

Administrator graduated from Sabará University, currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Financial Management. With 5 years in the financial sector, she leads the financial team of the company Planos Meus, specialized in Financial BPO (Business Process Outsourcing).
